My Phung has been active in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since 2000. She spent several years appraising & consulting on large commercial properties, including National & International accommodation portfolios, and continues to work on a diverse and broad range of commercial assignments. In addition to completing Market Value (IC&I) appraisals, My also provides Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies) for strata corporations and Insurance appraisals for many properties and clients in the Greater Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island regions. She has extensive experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets and pro forma and holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. My holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and has also completed the educational requirements for a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, she has been granted the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Jessica has been working with the team since 2013. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria specializing in Entrepreneurship. Jessica completed the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal institute of Canada. At Phung and Co. Jessica works on a range of projects including residential and commercial (IC&I) appraisals and replacement cost appraisals. In addition to this Jessica is well versed in researching and market analysis.

Conrad has been with the team since 2016, aiding in the preparation of commercial (IC&I) appraisals, insurance replacement cost appraisals, and residential appraisals. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He has completed the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal institute of Canada.
JENNIFER YI

Jennifer has been with the team since 2021. Assisting with residential, insurance replacement cost, and commercial appraisals. She is an AIC candidate member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and recently completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Additionally, Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
MASATO WILSON

Masato has been with the team since 2020, aiding in the preparation of commercial (IC&I) appraisals, residential appraisals, and consulting assignments. Masato holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He is in the process of completing the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and is an Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate Member. Masato grew up in Qualicum Beach where he developed his love for golf and fly fishing. Other pastimes include playing hockey and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.
