Meet Richard “Dick” Horwood
AACI, P.App, CRP
Richard (Dick) Horwood has been active in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since 1995. Over this time he has completed a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments on investment properties in the Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island regions. The majority of Dick’s work involves “As If Complete” (development) appraisals, Office and Apartment appraisals, First Nation Land consulting, Insurance Appraisals and Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies) for Strata Corporations. He has degrees in Real Estate & Finance combined with a background in accounting and holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Dick has also been granted the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
